Construction on the top is finished. I must install my new all-in-one printer and scan the pictures this weekend so I can start constructing the back. The label is composed and that can be printed out this weekend as well. I'm pleased with the composition so far and considering if I want to embellish with some feather stitching to simulate vining. It's very geometrically linear now and that would add some more organic lines. Caron has some wonderful variegated orange floss that has flecks of green in it. I may do a little mock-up trial before I put needle holes in the top.
